Convert output array to a new local array (mutable).

output = CType(input, Array(Of T))

Parameters

A: Type: ILNumericsOutArrayT
Array of OutArray type.

Return Value

Type: ArrayT
Local mutable array, detached from the source array A, with lifespan corresponding to the current scope.

Remarks

The new array is detached from this array. The new array can get used multiple times in the function scope and get altered without altering the source array.
