Remarks

This value is read-only. Create a new string attribute or use the Set(InArrayString, NullableStringEncoding, NullableInt32, NullableInt32, NullableStringPadding) function in order to change the setting of the content encoding. (This involves a removal and a recreation of the existing attribute, though.)
